Database design is important; get it wrong and a project will never get off the ground or will be unacceptably slow or will suffer data integrity issues down the line. At Digital Crew, we are expert database designers. We have an accepted database table and field naming system. We enforce foreign key constraints. We put indexes on commonly looked-up fields for rapid access to data.
