Any personal information which you volunteer to us will be treated strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Acts, 1988 & 2003.  In relation to our Business Directory this information has been volunteered by businesses to us and is held safely by us in electronic format and is not given out to any third party, other than that made available via the online search mechanism on this web site, the purpose for which it was intended, and used for business information purposes only.

Collection and use of Personal Information

Digital Crew does not collect any personal data about you on this website, apart from information which you volunteer willingly, such as a postal address, telephone number or email address, for example by E-Mailing us at info@corkceb.ie or by using our Contact Us Section. Any information which you provide in this way is not made available to any third parties, and is used by us only in line with the purpose for which you provided it.

Right of Access

Under the Data Protection Act, 1988 & 2003 (Amendment), you have the right to receive a copy of any personal data held by us.  A Subject Access Request should be made in writing, by letter or email, signed and accompanied by a copy of a current identification document (e.g. passport, driving license) and addressed to Dave Cody, Chief Executive Officer, Cork City Enterprise Board, 1 Bruach Na Laoi, Union Quay, Cork or info@corkceb.ie.  We must take all reasonable steps to confirm your identity before issuing any information.  There is no charge for such a request.

Right of Rectification or Erasure

Collection of Technical Information
