The web/online strategy of Bon Secours
Hospital Group in Ireland used to consist
of a multiplicity of individual websites with a
distinct lack of acceptable functionality. It was
confusing, difficult to navigate and had minimal
effectiveness and impact on users. It had
been identified as a clearly under-performing
resource and positions the group weakly in the
face of ongoing and growing competition in
the private healthcare market domestically and
internationally.
